POLICIES & DISCLOSURES

Booking Policy

  • All courses must be booked 14 days in advance.
  • Classes can be scheduled in-person in Houston or Corpus Christi, or at your location within the U.S.
  • Virtual sessions available for awareness-only training.

On-Site Training Disclosure

  • The client must provide equipment (e.g., forklifts, MEWPs, etc.) for on-site sessions.

CDF can provide certified equipment for an additional fee.

  • Travel up to 2 hours each way is included in standard pricing; extended travel may incur additional charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Well Control classes must be canceled 7 days prior for refund eligibility.
  • All other courses require 72-hour notice for refunds or reschedules.
  • Late cancellations will be charged the full course rate.

Fit Testing Medical Requirement

  • All fit tests include a medical questionnaire from a licensed medical professional.
  • If a trainee fails the medical exam, the employer is responsible for the exam cost.

Group Training & Packages

  • Group rates available for 5 or more trainees.
  • Bundle pricing offered for:
    • New Hire Package: RigPass + H₂S + Fit Test
    • Operator Package: Forklift + MEWP

Site Safety Package: Fall Protection + H₂S + Fit Test

CDF Training LLC respects your privacy. Any personal data collected through forms or booking systems is used only for scheduling and record purposes and will never be sold or shared. We take the protection of your information seriously and ensure that all data is securely personnel.
Terms & Conditions:
Participation in training implies agreement to abide by course standards, safety rules, and attendance policies. Certification is contingent on passing all required evaluations
