The following outlines our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, privacy, and terms of service.
By enrolling in a course, booking a class, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change and strive to work with our clients whenever possible.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be received at least 7 days before the scheduled class start date to qualify for a refund or credit.
Refunds:
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund (minus processing fees).
Cancellations made within 7 days of class will be credited toward a future class within 90 days.
No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded or credited.
Deposits:
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date
