OSHA Safety Training
PME Power Mobile Equipment (Forklift) in Person
Duration: 3 hours
This OSHA-aligned forklift operator course provides operators with the knowledge and hands-on skills required to safely operate powered industrial trucks. Instruction includes classroom training, a written exam, and practical driving and load-handling evaluation.
Topics focus on load stability, operating environments, pedestrian safety, and recognizing unsafe conditions before incidents occur.

Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP / Aerial Platform)
Duration: 2.5 hours
Instructor-led MEWP operator training covering the safe operation of scissor lifts and boom lifts. This course combines classroom instruction with written testing and hands-on practical evaluation to ensure operators understand equipment limitations and hazards.
Training emphasizes real-world jobsite scenarios, including stability, fall protection requirements, and safe positioning around structures and personnel.

Fall Protection Awareness
Duration: 4 hours
This awareness-level course is designed for workers exposed to fall hazards. It provides a clear understanding of fall risks, common causes of fall-related incidents, and the role of fall protection systems in preventing serious injuries.
This course does not certify users on specific fall protection equipment but ensures workers understand when protection is required and how systems function.

IADC Programs
IADC RigPass Orientation
Duration: 8 hours
RigPass® is an industry-recognized safety orientation required for oil and gas site access. This course provides foundational safety knowledge, hazard recognition, and regulatory awareness for personnel entering drilling or industrial sites.

IADC Well Control – Driller Level
Duration: 3.5 days
IADC WellSharp® Driller-level training designed for personnel responsible for monitoring and responding to well control events. Instruction focuses on kick detection, shut-in procedures, well control equipment, and kill methods.
Scenario-based learning is used to reinforce decision-making and procedural execution.

IADC Well Control – Supervisor Level
Duration: 3.5 days
IADC WellSharp® Supervisor-level training for personnel responsible for managing well control situations. This course emphasizes planning, risk assessment, decision-making, and crew coordination during well control events.

Medical and Health
Respirator Fit Testing
Duration: ~1 hour grouped
Quantitative respirator fit testing conducted in accordance with OSHA respiratory protection requirements. Fit testing verifies proper respirator seal and ensures compatibility between the user and assigned respirator.
Medical evaluation approval is required prior to testing.

H₂S Awareness
Duration: 2 hours
H₂S Awareness training covering the hazards of hydrogen sulfide gas, exposure symptoms, detection methods, and emergency response procedures. This course is designed for personnel working in environments where H₂S may be present.
Emphasis is placed on recognizing warning signs early and understanding proper response actions.

Operator Package
Forklift + MEWP
Get operators trained and job-ready with a practical, compliance-focused package built around real equipment and real job expectations.
This package includes:
MEWP (Aerial Lift / Manlift) Operator Training – Safe operation fundamentals, hazard awareness, pre-use inspection, and operating best practices.
Forklift / Powered Mobile Equipment (PME) Operator Training – Stability principles, load handling, inspections, operating rules, and incident prevention. Course length: 4 hours. PME certification is valid for 3 years.
Training is hands-on and performance-based—operators don’t just “sit through it,” they prove they can do it safely. Documentation is provided upon completion.
Supervisor Package
IADC Wellsharp Supervisor + First Aid/CPR (Blended Course) + FIT Test
Duration: 4 Days
This package includes:
IADC WellSharp® – Supervisor Level – Well control certification aligned to current industry expectations. Certificate valid for 2 years.
American Red Cross Blended First Aid/CPR/AED (Adult & Pediatric) – Online learning completed on your own time before the in-person skills session. Certification valid for 2 years.
